What we collect, and what we do with it.
Short, because we collect very little. Last updated 25 August 2026.
What the quote form collects
Your name, company, work email, phone number, the number of pallet positions you need, your expected dwell time, and anything you type into the notes field. Nothing on this form is optional-but-secretly-required, and nothing is collected that we do not use to price your enquiry.
The web server also records the IP address the submission came from and your browser's user-agent string. Those are used to stop automated spam and for nothing else.
What we do with it
Your enquiry is emailed to our team so somebody can quote it, and it is filed in our customer records so we know we have spoken to you. That is the whole purpose.
We do not sell your details. We do not share them with advertisers, data brokers or list vendors. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.
Who processes it
Two service providers handle your enquiry on our behalf. SMTP2GO delivers the notification email. Pipedrive stores the enquiry as a customer record. Both are used only to run the process described above.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our customer records while there is an active or realistic commercial relationship. Server logs holding your IP and submission details are kept for 90 days and then discarded.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or session-tracking scripts. There is nothing here to opt out of. If that changes, this page changes first.
Your choices
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Send the request through the quote form and say so. We will not ask you to justify the request, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
If anything here is unclear, ask through the form and we will explain it. A privacy policy nobody can follow is not a privacy policy.
